Azmira - Holistic Pet Care for Dogs and Cats As Nature Intended
|
In 1982 Lisa Newman, N.D.,Ph.D. began her work with "human" clients. On her way to becoming a naturopathic Doctor with a Ph.D. in Nutrition, Dr. Newman studied various moladities and curative nutrients while participating in the clinical research/practicum of successful healing - as nature intended.
Since the foundation of healing is a healthy diet complemented with the supplementation of nutraceuticals, vitamins, minerals and herbs, the creation of Dr. Newman's AS NATURE INTENDED (A.N.I.) line of products is the bases of her success. These supplements will benifit your pet as well.
These high quality "human Grade" nutrients and formulations are created with superior raw ingredients and processed for optimum utilization. The finest facilities and manufacturing procedures are maintained.
Q. How do I know what hers can be safely given to my pet?
A. Animals have been eating herbs in the wild since humans first noticed-- many believe we learned to treat ourselves by observing which herbs animals chose at which times.
Q. What is the "curative response" and how do pets react?
A. Dr. Newmans proven holistic proticals will stimulate the immune system into "responding." A pets symptoms may temporarily get worse, but will quickly reverse during a curative response than was previously able, while your pet grows stronger. If the symptoms continue, than a deeper dysfunction is the cause and additional Azmira supplementation is required to help the pet. All successful outcomes are based on this systematic approach.
Q. How do I best feed my pet nutritional or herbal supplements with a minimum of hassles?
A. The easiest way is to open supplement capsules and empty contents directly into the pet's meal Add warm water or canned food and mix the food well!! Herbs can also have strong flavors that do best when covered up.
By dividing the daily supplement requirements between two or more meals, you will provide a better rate of absorption for the nutrient and have less of the ingredient to give at any one time.
Herbal extracts, for the fullest effect, are best given on an empty stomach. Be sure to first dilute extract with a little water or apple juice (tune water works great for cats). Some pets may be to sensitive digestively at first to tolerate them this way. If your pet refuses to take a supplement orally or suffers a digestive upset, than adding herbs to the meal will dilute the herbs' taste, yet still benifit your pet.
